High above the city, lights and all commotion
There’s a summer breeze
Pulling up the spirit, just listen can’t you hear it
Can you discern?

[Feel what every beat brings]
[Trust the air as you take wing]

A thousand floors above the Earth
Perched we see what life is worth
I’m glad you came, to spend your time
It lifts me so, to see you shine

Against the glitter finding hope
Meaning, wonder, and how to cope
Close together, in the now
I’m here to touch you, teach me how

There above the city, we gaze upon the skyline
Just to pause
A moment’s introspection, the joy of pure reflection
In a busy town

Descending into the atmosphere
We find our feet on the ground
Doors open and every possibility calls
Stimulation abounds
The neon messaging
It keeps us questioning
As though forever we were destined to stay

Out within the country, snowflakes in your eyebrows
In the winter Sun
